The Inspection Committee of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee has just held its 36th session.

At this session, the Inspection Committee of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee decided to take disciplinary action:

Expelled from the Party 4 personnel:

Dang Van Duong - Deputy Secretary of Party Cell 4, Head of Environment Department, former Deputy Secretary of Party Cell 7, Director of Center for Natural Resources and Environment Monitoring;

Luu Xuan Hung - Party member of Cell 1, Deputy Head of Water, Minerals, Hydrometeorology and Climate Change Department, former Party Committee member of the Party Committee of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Secretary of Cell 4, Deputy Head of the Environmental Protection Department;

Nguyen Duc Hieu - Member of Party Cell 4, civil servant of the Department of Environment, former Head of the Appraisal Department of the Department of Environmental Protection;

Ngo Xuan Hau - Party member of Cell 7, employee of the Center for Natural Resources and Environment Monitoring.

Remove from all positions in the Party the following two personnel: Le Duc Tho - Secretary of Party Cell 4, Deputy Head of the Environment Department, former Deputy Head of the Environmental Protection Department; Tran Chung - Deputy Secretary of Party Cell 7, Director of the Center for Natural Resources and Environment Monitoring, former Deputy Secretary of Party Cell 4, Deputy Head of the Environmental Protection Department.

Warning for 3 personnel: Dam Ngan - Party cell member 4, civil servant of the environment, former Head of the Environmental Communication Department and biodiversity of the Department of Environmental Protection;

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee proposed that competent authorities consider and discipline Mr. Nguyen Dinh Phuong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.

Disciplinary action against many officials in Ha Giang

On November 13, the Inspection Committee of Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee announced the review and decision to discipline party organizations and party members who violated the law.

The Executive Committee of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee decided to discipline by reprimand, and at the same time, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee approved the policy of early retirement for Mr. Tran Duc Quy - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, Member of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Disciplinary action in the form of warning against the following personnel: Hoang Xuan Dep - Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Provincial Ethnic Committee, former member of the Party Executive Committee of the Department, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance; Mai Thi Thuy Phuong, Head of the Department of Finance - Administrative Affairs, Department of Finance.

Disciplinary action in the form of reprimand was taken against the following personnel: Nguyen Tien Hung - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Xin Man District; Le Xuan Tien - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Vi Xuyen District; Hoang Duc Thanh - Deputy Head of the General Economic Department, Office of the Provincial People's Committee.

Disciplinary warning for former Chairman of Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee

On November 13, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed a decision to discipline Mr. Tran Ngoc Cang, former Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province.

Disciplinary action in the form of a warning was taken against Mr. Tran Ngoc Cang - former Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province for the term 2011-2016 (from September 2015), 2016-2021 - due to violations and shortcomings in his work and having been subject to Party discipline.
