Gia Lai: Disciplining 3 officials and party members for land violations
On June 19, the Inspection Committee (UBKT) of Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee issued a notice of the results of the 18th meeting, in which considering and disciplining a number of officials and party members in Quy Nhon Tay ward.
Three officials and party members were considered for disciplinary action, including: Mr. Cao Minh Thi - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Quy Nhon Tay ward, former Chairman of Phuoc My Commune People's Committee, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh province before (now belonging to Quy Nhon Tay ward, Gia Lai province); Ms. Dang Thi Tuyet Nhung - Member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Quy Nhon Tay ward, former Vice Chairman of Phuoc My Commune People's Committee; Mr. Do Nguyen Dinh - Party member of Thanh Long neighborhood Party Cell, former civil servant of Land Administration - Construction - Agriculture - Environment of Phuoc My commune.
The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee found that Mr. Cao Minh Thi, Ms. Dang Thi Tuyet Nhung and Mr. Do Nguyen Dinh violated Party regulations and State laws in performing land management tasks; violated things that party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example, causing serious consequences, causing bad public opinion, and reducing the prestige of themselves and Party organizations and working agencies.
Based on the nature, severity and consequences of violations, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee decided to impose disciplinary action in the form of warning on the above officials and party members.
Expulsion from the Party of former Director of the State Treasury in Da Nang
On June 17, the Da Nang City Party Committee's Inspection Committee announced that it had just held its 11th meeting.
The City Party Committee's Inspection Committee disciplined Mr. Nguyen Quang Hoan - former Secretary of the Party cell, Director of the State Treasury of Nam Giang district (old) by expelling him from the Party.
Mr. Hoan violated the law and was arrested for the crime of "irresponsibility causing serious consequences", no longer qualified as a party member.
Previously, Mr. Nguyen Quang Hoan (former Director of Nam Giang State Treasury) received a sentence of 3 years in prison; both of his subordinates were sentenced to 3 years in prison but given suspended sentences for the crime of "Lack of responsibility causing serious consequences".
Quang Ninh disciplines 3 teachers related to the case of supervisors supporting candidates in doing the test
The Department of Education and Training (GDĐT) of Quang Ninh province has disciplined 3 teachers related to the case of invigilators assisting candidates in taking exams at Cam Pha High School Exam Site during the 2026 High School Graduation Exam.
The Department of Education and Training has issued a Official Dispatch on organizing reviews and handling for officials and teachers related to the responsibility of performing the task of supervising the 2026 high school graduation exam at the Cam Pha High School Exam Site; in which directing schools and related individuals to conduct reviews and handle seriously according to regulations.
By June 15, 2026, the schools had organized self-criticism and agreed to discipline 3 officials and employees, specifically: Mr. To Van Tien - Invigilator 2 at exam room 1528 of Cam Pha High School Exam Point, who did not properly perform his assigned responsibilities and duties; violating point c, clause 6, Article 29 of the Exam Regulations: Form of Warning.
Ms. Tran Thi Bich Hao is a teacher, knowledgeable about the exam regulations, but still has the act of asking teacher To Van Tien to perform the act of violating the Exam Regulations: Form of Warning.
Ms. Vu Ngoc Ha - Invigilator 1 at exam room 1528 of Cam Pha High School exam site, did not prevent teacher To Van Tien's violations; did not report to the Head of the exam site about violations occurring in the exam room; violated point c, clause 6, Article 29 of the Exam Regulations: Reprimand form.
For cases of leaders at the Cam Pha High School Exam Point: The Department of Education and Training requests a review of related responsibilities, and sends a report to the Department of Education and Training for consideration according to their authority.
