Orientation on Party organization arrangement, Lam Dong province will end the activities of 7 Party delegation organizations, 3 Party Executive Committee organizations at provincial level. End the activities of the Party Committee of Provincial Agencies and the Party Committee of Provincial Enterprises.
At the same time, two Party Committees were established under the Provincial Party Committee, which are the Party Committee of Party agencies, People's Council, Front, mass organizations, and justice at the provincial level and the Party Committee of the Provincial Government.
For the government sector, structure, arrange and consolidate provincial professional agencies to be more effective, efficient and of better quality.
Accordingly, the Department of Planning and Investment and the Department of Finance; the Department of Transport and the Department of Construction; the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; the Department of Information and Communications and the Department of Science and Technology; the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the Department of Home Affairs will be merged.
Lam Dong province also rearranged the organization, apparatus, functions and tasks of a number of agencies and units such as: Department of Health, Department of Home Affairs, Department of Education and a number of provincial-level public service units, specialized departments, district-level public service units...

The process of reorganizing the apparatus must be carried out carefully and firmly with a spirit of determination, thoroughness, synchronization and development. The reorganization of the apparatus must be closely linked to overcoming obstacles and overlaps in the implementation of powers and tasks.
