Lam Dong considers dissolving the Industrial Promotion Center

    Lam Dong - The Provincial People's Committee is considering dissolving the Industrial Development Promotion and Consulting Center under the Department of Industry and Trade.

    On March 29, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee issued an official dispatch directing the consideration of dissolving the Industrial Development Promotion and Consulting Center.

    Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Industry and Trade to conduct an assessment, explanation and detailed report on the performance of the Industrial Promotion and Consulting Center in the last 3 years.

    The assessment must comply with the provisions of the Government's Decree (No. 120/2020/ND-CP) on the establishment, reorganization and dissolution of public service units, as well as specialized regulations related to industrial promotion activities.

    This report will be sent to the Provincial People's Committee through the Department of Home Affairs before March 30, 2025.

    Based on the report from the Department of Industry and Trade, the Department of Home Affairs will conduct an appraisal and advise the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee on the final decision for the Industrial Development Promotion and Consulting Center.
