On the morning of February 13, the delegation of the Party Central Committee, the National Assembly, the President, the Government, and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front laid wreaths and visited President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum and commemorated heroic martyrs on the occasion of the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026.
Attending the funeral were General Secretary To Lam; President Luong Cuong; Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh; Member of the Politburo, Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man; Member of the Politburo, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu; Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Bui Thi Minh Hoai.
Also attending the funeral were Politburo members, former Politburo members; Secretariat members, former Secretariat members; Central Party Committee members, leaders of departments, ministries, branches, and localities.



With boundless gratitude, the delegation respectfully remembered President Ho Chi Minh, the genius leader, Hero of National Liberation. He dedicated his whole life to the people, to the country, leading our Party and our people to achieve glorious victories, to glorify our nation, our country.
The entire Party, the entire people, and the entire army strive and accelerate to successfully implement the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress.
Under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, based on the foundation of the strength of great national unity, closely linking the Party's will with the people's hearts, promoting the spirit of "autonomy, confidence, self-reliance, self-strengthening, national pride", the spirit of bright international solidarity as a driving force, Vietnam will definitely firmly move into a new era, an era of national rise.
From there, contribute even more to peace, stability, cooperation, and development in the region and in the world, true to President Ho Chi Minh's will - which is "building a peaceful, unified, independent, democratic and prosperous Vietnam, making worthy contributions to the cause of world revolution".




Following that, the delegation of the Party Central Committee, the President, the National Assembly, the Government, and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front came to lay wreaths and offer incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs at the Martyrs' Monument, Bac Son Street, Hanoi.
The delegation bowed to commemorate the outstanding children of the nation who spared no blood and bones, bravely fought and sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the happiness of the people. The delegation's wreath bears the words: "Forever grateful to the heroic martyrs".
