On the morning of February 25, the Hanoi People's Council agreed to dismiss Mr. Ha Minh Hai from the position of Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term due to job transfer.

Previously, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee assigned Mr. Ha Minh Hai (born on February 14, 1969) - City Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, term 2021 - 2026 to work at the City Party Committee's Organization Board, holding the position of Head of the City Party Committee's Organization Board, term 2020 - 2025 from February 15, 2025.
