Remove Mr. Ha Minh Hai from the position of Vice Chairman of Hanoi

On the morning of February 25, the Hanoi People's Council agreed to dismiss Mr. Ha Minh Hai from the position of Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term due to job transfer.

Previously, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee assigned Mr. Ha Minh Hai (born on February 14, 1969) - City Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, term 2021 - 2026 to work at the City Party Committee's Organization Board, holding the position of Head of the City Party Committee's Organization Board, term 2020 - 2025 from February 15, 2025.

Handing over the decision to Mr. Ha Minh Hai, Secretary of the City Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai assessed that Mr. Ha Minh Hai is a cadre with basic training, strong political will, good moral qualities; a cadre who has been trained and matured through many working environments.

Mr. Hai has held many leadership positions, being Director of departments and branches; Secretary of Dong Da District Party Committee; Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee. In any position, he always completes well and his tasks excellently.
