On February 25, continuing the 21st session, the City People's Council dismissed Mr. Vu Duc Bao - former member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, former Head of the Organizing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee, a delegate of the 16th Hanoi People's Council, term 2021-2026, due to retirement benefits according to regulations.
Previously, on February 13, Secretary of the City Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai - Head of the Hanoi National Assembly Delegation chaired a conference to announce the decision of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on personnel work at the City Party Committee's Organization Committee.
According to Decision 8145 of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Mr. Vu Duc Bao (born on January 28, 1965) - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of the City Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025 is allowed to retire early, starting from February 15, 2025.
Awarding the decision to Mr. Vu Duc Bao, Secretary of the City Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai assessed that Mr. Vu Duc Bao had excellently fulfilled his labor obligations and responsibilities; had been given a pension by the Party and State to enjoy the Social Insurance regime.

Mr. Vu Duc Bao always maintains political courage, moral qualities, upholds the spirit of solidarity and responsibility, always sets an example in the lead, fulfills the duties of Party members, and is closely attached to the people.
