On September 17, the 20th Congress of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, was held and the personnel apparatus was fully developed.
Accordingly, the Executive Committee of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term consists of 55 members; the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee consists of 15 members, with the first participation of a ward-level representative (Thuc Phan Ward Secretary).
This is the first time a ward-level leader has joined the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen The Hoan - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Thuc Phan Ward was elected to join the new Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
