On May 29, the Government Office had just announced the conclusion of the Politburo Member, Standing Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh at the meeting with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee: Lam Dong, Binh Thuan and Dak Nong on the implementation of the Resolution of the 11th Conference of the Central Committee of the Party Central Committee.
At the meeting, the Permanent Deputy Prime Minister welcomed and highly appreciated the solidarity, positivity and urgency in the fact that the three provinces have completed the project to reorganize administrative units at all levels and build a model of local government at both levels to ensure progress and quality according to requirements.
The Standing Deputy Prime Minister requested the leaders of Lam Dong, Binh Thuan and Dak Nong provinces to direct the development of a joint report of Lam Dong Province (New) on the implementation of the Resolution of the 11th Conference on the basis of the results of implementing the tasks of preparing the Party Congress at all levels, the planning plan of 3 provinces: Lam Dong, Binh Thuan and Dak Nong.
Research and appoint calling for (enough capacity, intelligence and putting common interests first to organize the implementation of tasks and powers when organizing the implementation of the 2-level government model) to direct, lead and take responsibility in preparing the contents to serve the Party Congresses at all levels.

The new term Party Committee must be selected from individuals with outstanding political courage, intelligence, moral qualities, lifestyle, solid political prestige, vision, innovative thinking, from the team of cadres and civil servants at all levels and taking into account the harmonious factors of localities in the spirit of taking political tasks, standards, and the ability to complete tasks above all.
Proactively do a good job of political, ideological, information, propaganda, creating solidarity, unity, and high consensus among Party members, cadres, civil servants, and people;
Take timely measures to combat and prevent acts and actions that violate Party principles and regulations and State laws that affect the implementation of the Party's policies and resolutions on restructuring and streamlining the apparatus.
Lead and direct the completion of Party Congress Documents at all levels in a comprehensive and objective direction; in particular, it is noted that the communes (new) must have a development strategy suitable to the economic space to maximize the potential and development advantages of each locality, supporting the promotion of the overall socio-economic development of administrative units after the reorganization.
