The trial operation content focuses on management activities at the commune level, including organizing meetings of the People's Committee of the commune/ward to discuss and approve working regulations, work programs and related tasks; at the same time, operating the Document Management and Operation System (i Office) to test the ability to serve people at the Public Administration Service Center.
According to an officer participating in planning and operation, the test not only tests the technical capacity of the operating document system or software, but is also an opportunity for a comprehensive "prament" on organizational capacity, internal coordination and policy response capability at the grassroots level.
