On July 26, information from the National Assembly Office said that, according to the program, the 2nd session of the 4th session of the National Assembly Standing Committee will take place from July 27 - 30.
At the meeting, the National Assembly Standing Committee will consider and decide on many important contents before submitting them to the National Assembly at the next session. In particular, tomorrow (July 27), the National Assembly Standing Committee will consider personnel work according to its authority.
The National Assembly Standing Committee will give opinions on the draft Resolution of the National Assembly replacing Resolution No. 96/2019/QH14 on crime prevention and combat and law violations, the work of the People's Procuracy, the People's Court and judgment enforcement.
At the same time, the National Assembly Standing Committee will consider and approve the draft Resolution on the number of specialized State Audit units and rename the Department of Regimes and Quality Control of Auditing to the Department of State Audit Policy, directly under the State Audit Office;
Giving opinions on the Government's Submission on the draft Decree stipulating specific mechanisms and policies for urban area construction projects encroaching on the sea in Da Nang city; giving opinions on the draft Law on State Budget (unified); Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of 9 laws on military and national defense.
The National Assembly Standing Committee will give opinions on the projects: Urban Development Law; Asset Auction Law (amended); give opinions on some contents related to the Ninh Thuan Nuclear Power Plant project.
Along with that are the draft Law on Land (amended), Law on Real Estate Business (amended), draft Law on Housing (amended); Project to establish Quang Ninh city directly under the central government; draft Penal Code (amended).
In case the draft Law on Organization of Criminal Investigation Agencies (amended) prepares dossiers in time, the National Assembly Standing Committee will also consider and give opinions.
Based on the progress of content preparation of agencies and the actual situation, the National Assembly Office will continue to review and update contents that meet the conditions to report to the National Assembly Standing Committee for consideration and supplementation of the program and immediately organize a meeting.
