Recommendations from Ca Mau sent to the 14th Congress
Summarizing the will and aspirations of the Party Committee and People of Ca Mau province, the recommendations sent to the 14th Party Congress focus on 4 key groups of issues:
First, it is proposed that the Central Government study a roadmap for basic free medical examination and treatment for the entire population by 2030.
Second, pay attention to comprehensive human development, focusing on fostering ethics and culture in parallel with improving professional qualifications, meeting the requirements of sustainable development.
Third, it is proposed to include the "digital capacity" criterion in evaluating cadres and party members, in accordance with the requirements of the new era.
Fourth, it is proposed to pay attention to the regime and policies for teachers in remote and isolated areas and commune-level officials in the context of arranging and merging administrative units.
The above recommendations are summarized from Report No. 89, dated October 7, 2025 of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, based on the contributions of party congresses directly under the Provincial Party Committee to the draft documents submitted to the 14th Party Congress.
People expect the country's innovation
Mr. Nguyen Van Trung, Phuoc Long commune, believes that the 14th Congress will be an important milestone on the country's development path. Mr. Trung said that since switching to shrimp-rice production, the family's economic life has gradually stabilized; the introduction of ST rice variety into cultivation has helped improve production efficiency. From that reality, he hopes that the Party and State will continue to promote the National Target Program on building new rural areas, pay attention to investing in transportation, electricity, irrigation infrastructure... creating conditions for agricultural products in remote and isolated areas to be favorable in consumption, avoiding bumper crops, price drops and vice versa.

Mr. Pham Thanh Trung, Cau Do hamlet, Vinh Loc commune, Ca Mau province, expects that the 14th Congress will have strong and practical policies, associated with the lives of people in remote and isolated areas, and for the elderly. Especially, there should be policies to care for the health of the elderly. Especially, it is necessary to pay attention to the development of rural infrastructure, especially remote and isolated areas, to bring development momentum and create favorable conditions for trade, travel and learning of people in remote and isolated areas.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Phung, Hamlet 21, Bac Lieu ward expressed: "I hope the Party and State will have more policies to directly support workers, farmers, those who directly produce rice grains, shrimp...".
With firm belief, Ca Mau is heading towards the 14th Party Congress. Believing that the correct policies from the Congress will create new momentum, bringing the country firmly into the era of development - the era of rise of the Vietnamese nation.
