On October 30, the National Assembly Office announced that Politburo member and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man had signed and issued a Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee on transferring the activities of the National Assembly Delegation to Mr. Le Quoc Phong.
Accordingly, Resolution No. 1866/ND-UBTVQH15 resolved Mr. Le Quoc Phong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, National Assembly delegate of Dong Thap province - to transfer his activities from the National Assembly Delegation of Dong Thap province to the National Assembly Delegation of Ho Chi Minh City.
The Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee takes effect from October 15.
Previously, at the 1st Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, the Central Organizing Committee announced the Politburo's decision to appoint the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, the Secretary and Deputy Secretaries of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee for the term 2025-2030.
The Politburo transferred, assigned and appointed Mr. Le Quoc Phong - Member of the Party Central Committee, former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Dong Thap province - to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term and hold the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.
