At the conference, Mr. Pham Van Khue - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee - announced Decision No. 428-QD/TU dated April 21, 2026 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on appointing Mr. Nguyen Manh Quyen - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee for the term 2025 - 2030.
Presenting the decision and congratulating, Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc - Provincial Party Secretary - emphasized the important role of the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee in the current period, especially when implementing the two-level local government model.
The organizational consolidation aims to continue to improve the Party's leadership method towards the government, ensuring unity in directing, operating and organizing the implementation of the Central and provincial policies.
He proposed that the Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee and the Standing Committee collective promote the spirit of proactiveness and creativity, closely follow the Party Charter, regulations of the Central Government and working regulations; comprehensively lead all aspects of work, ensure flexibility and efficiency; strengthen advising and organizing the implementation of Party guidelines associated with local practices.
Speaking to receive the assignment, Mr. Nguyen Manh Quyen thanked the trust of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; affirmed that he will work with the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee to promote solidarity, proactiveness, and creativity; focus on leading and directing the effective implementation of the Party's guidelines, concretizing resolutions into practice, contributing to promoting socio-economic development and building Hung Yen province to become increasingly developed.
