The Steering Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Congress on the Party Congresses of wards, communes, special zones and directly above the grassroots level for the 2025-2030 term has just announced the assignment of tasks to members.
The Congress Steering Committee established a total of 17 working groups, headed by members of the Steering Committee.
Members of the Congress Steering Committee attended and directly directed the congresses at the Party Committees of wards, communes, special zones and directly above the grassroots level.
Working Group No. 1 is headed by Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nghi - Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Congress Steering Committee.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nghi and the working group will monitor, guide and inspect the organization of congresses at the following units: Party Committees of Ho Chi Minh City Party agencies, Party Committees of Ho Chi Minh City National University and wards: Cat Lai, Hiep Binh, An Khanh, Tan Phuoc, Lai Thieu, Binh Tan, Binh Hung Hoa, Binh Tri Dong, An Lac, Tan Tao, Tan Hoa.
Group 2, led by Mr. Nguyen Van Duoc - Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, monitored, guided and inspected the units: Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Military Commission, and the wards: Saigon, Ben Thanh, Tan Dinh, Cau Ong Lanh, Di An, Con Dao Special Zone.
Group 3 is headed by Mr. Vo Van Minh - Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council, in charge of the Ho Chi Minh City Police Party Committee, the wards: Thu Dau Mot, Chanh Hiep, Phu Loi, Thuan An, Thuan Giao, An Phu, Binh Hoa, Tam Binh, Tan Hai, Long Son, Linh Xuan, Tang Nhon Phu; communes: Nha Be, Hoc Mon, Ba Diem, Xuan Thoi Son, Dong Thanh.
Group 4 is headed by Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc - Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City. This team is monitoring the communes: Vinh Loc, Tan Vinh Loc, Binh Loi, Tan Nhut, Binh Chanh, Hung Long, Binh Hung, Ho Tram, Xuyen Moc, Binh Chau, Hoa Hoi, Bau Lam, Hoa Hiep, Phu An.
Group 5 is headed by Mr. Dang Minh Thong - Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, in charge of the wards: Thu Duc, Binh Trung, Ba Ria, Tam Long, Long Huong; communes: Hiep Phuoc, Can Gio, Thanh An, Binh Khanh, An Thoi Dong, Bau Bang, Tru Van Tho.
The remaining working groups are headed by members of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, including:
Group 6: Ms. Van Thi Bach Tuyet - Head of the City Party Committee's Organization Committee.
Group 7: Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong - Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the City Party Committee.
Group 8: Ms. Nguyen Thi My Hang - Head of the City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.
Group 9: Mr. Vo Van Dung - Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the City Party Committee.
Group 10: Ms. Truong Thi Bich Hanh - Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.
Group 11: Mr. Nguyen Van Tho - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.
Group 12: Mr. Duong Trong Hieu - Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Organization Committee.
Group 13: Mr. Le Hoang Hai - Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the City Party Committee.
Group 14: Mr. Pham Thanh Kien - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council.
Group 15: Mr. Hoang Nguyen Dinh - Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the City Party Committee.
Group 16: Mr. Nguyen Chi Trung - Permanent Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee.
Group 17: Mr. Bui Thanh Nhan - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation.
