Mr. Nguyen Thien Van is currently a member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee for the 2021 - 2026 term.
Mr. Nguyen Thien Van was assigned to act as Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee until the competent authority completed the position of Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee for the 2021 - 2026 term.
As Lao Dong reported, at the end of April 2025, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Council submitted a document to the Prime Minister on the proposal to assign the Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, term X (2021 - 2026) to Mr. Nguyen Thien Van - Vice Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee.
Mr. Nguyen Thien Van was born in 1973, from Nghe An, and was once Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial Cooperative Union and then continued to hold the position of Secretary of the Ea Sup District Party Committee.
In June 2023, Mr. Van was elected by the Dak Lak Provincial People's Council to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
