At the conference, Mr. To Van Tu - Head of the Organizing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee - announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee on merging the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department into the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department and officially came into operation from March 1, 2025.
At the same time, Ms. Bui Mai Hoa - Head of the Propaganda Department of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee - was transferred and appointed to the position of Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee from March 1, 2025.
After its establishment, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee had 4 deputy committees including: Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Hanh, Mr. Luu Van Hien, Mr. Dinh Van Nghia and Ms. Pham Thi Bich Thao.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Bui Mai Hoa - Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee - expressed her honor and respectfully thanked the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and the Executive Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for entrusting her with the new responsibility.
