The Ministry of Public Security held a conference to summarize 10 years of implementing Resolution 17-NQ/DUCA of the Central Party Committee of the Public Security and Directive No. 13/CT-BCA of the Minister of Public Security on fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training in the People's Public Security (CAND) and summarize the work of education, training and fostering cadres in the Public Security in 2024, deploying tasks in 2025, according to the Ministry of Public Security's Electronic Information Portal on February 15.
General Luong Tam Quang - Politburo member, Secretary of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Minister of Public Security - attended and directed the Conference.
The report at the Conference stated: Over the past 10 years, Party committees and leaders at all levels in the People's Public Security have paid attention to leading and directing the synchronous implementation of tasks and solutions set out in Resolution No. 17 and Directive No. 13 on fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training in the People's Public Security.
Accordingly, the qualifications of the CAND staff are increasingly improved. The system of management documents in the field of education and training is increasingly improved.
Inspection, examination and supervision of educational and training activities have been given attention and focus.
The management of student education has many innovations, especially the implementation of the policy of sending newly admitted students (newly admitted) to public security schools for early training at the Mobile Police Command.
Speaking at the Conference, on behalf of the Central Party Committee of the Public Security and the Ministry of Public Security, Minister Luong Tam Quang acknowledged, highly appreciated and warmly commended the achievements and results achieved in 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 17 and Directive No. 13 of the Public Security of units, localities, public security schools, generations of public security cadres and teachers through the ages.
In the coming time, Minister Luong Tam Quang requested that the Public Security of units, localities, and public security schools must have specific and synchronous solutions to create strong changes in fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training in public security;
