On the afternoon of April 25, Party Central Committee member and Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh presented Resolution No. 1613/NQ-UBTVQH15 of the National Assembly Standing Committee approving Mr. Tran Van Khai - National Assembly Delegate of Ha Nam province, National Assembly Delegate working full-time at the Committee for Science, Technology and Environment (KHCNMT) to hold the position of Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Science, Technology and Environment.
According to the Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, the workload of the Committee for Science, Technology and Environment is very large, including many new draft laws, while amending current laws with a new level of thinking. Therefore, it is necessary to continue to perfect the team of research staff and law-making staff of the Committee.
Speaking to accept the task, the new Deputy Chairman of the Department of Science and Technology Tran Van Khai affirmed that he would join the committee to promote the highest spirit of solidarity and attachment; closely coordinate and support each other at work with the goal of serving the Fatherland, serving the people first; Always preserve unity and unanimity for the common goals, fulfill all the assigned tasks.
The new Deputy Head of the Committee for Natural Resources and Environment Tran Van Khai (born in 1975, from Hung Yen) has a PhD in land management, a master's degree in urban planning and an Architectural degree.
Before working at the National Assembly, Mr. Tran Van Khai held many different positions, from university lecturer, business leader, Director of the Institute of Applied Science and Technology of the University of Architecture, Member of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
