On the afternoon of June 30, the old Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce and hand over early retirement decisions according to Decree No. 178 and Decree No. 67 of the Government for cadres under the management of the Secretariat and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

At the conference, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan - Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province (old) - announced the Secretariat's Decision on allowing Mr. Le Kim Toan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Binh Dinh province (old) - to retire early according to his personal wishes, from July 1.
Along with that, the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, the Standing Committee of the People's Council and the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province (old) also announced the decision to retire early for 38 cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Le Kim Toan expressed his confidence in the team of cadres assigned to the new assignment. He hopes that cadres in their positions will continue to unite and unite with the Party Committee, government and people of the newly overcome difficulties of Gia Lai province, seize opportunities to develop the locality according to expectations.
Mr. Ho Quoc Dung - Secretary of the Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee (old) - said that according to the issued resolutions and decisions, Binh Dinh and Gia Lai provinces will officially merge into the new Gia Lai province from July 1.

Mr. Dung acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of volunteer cadres who applied for early retirement for the goal of reorganizing the apparatus, considering this a sense of responsibility, dedication and exemplary exemplary throughout their working process.
"This will be an invaluable spiritual asset, a valuable luggage for the current cadres and party members to continue to carry on the journey ahead, continuing the unfinished work, building a new homeland of Gia Lai to become more and more prosperous and happy", Mr. Ho Quoc Dung emphasized.

Mr. Dung also hopes that, even though they are no longer in office, retired cadres will continue to contribute their valuable intelligence, experience, and affection to build their homeland.

On this occasion, the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province (old) awarded certificates of merit to 37 individuals with outstanding achievements in their work.
