Ms. Pham Thi Bich Ngoc, Deputy Chief of the Office of the Party Committee of the National Assembly Office, has received a decision to retire early according to regulations.

On July 1, in Hanoi, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Office Nguyen Manh Hung chaired a meeting to present early retirement decisions to civil servants and employees of the Party Committee Office of the National Assembly Office.

Accordingly, Ms. Pham Thi Bich Ngoc, Deputy Chief of the Office of the Party Committee of the National Assembly Office and Mr. Luu Tien Minh, Chief Specialist of the Office of the Party Committee of the National Assembly Office, received the decision to retire early according to regulations.

At the ceremony, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Office Nguyen Manh Hung said that in recent times, implementing the policies of the Party and State, the National Assembly Office has resolved policies and regimes according to Decree 178/2024/ND-CP and Decree 67/2025/ND-CP for civil servants, public employees and workers.

The Deputy Head of the National Assembly Office affirmed that during their time working at the National Assembly Office, Ms. Pham Thi Bich Ngoc and Mr. Luu Tien Minh promoted the spirit of exemplary, dedicated, and responsible conduct, no matter the position or position, they all strived to excellently complete the assigned tasks.
