On the morning of June 17, 48 communes and wards in Lao Cai province simultaneously entered the first trial working day in preparation for the operation of the new commune-level political system.
Present in Ta Cu Ty commune - the poorest commune of Bac Ha district, according to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, the working atmosphere is serious and orderly, demonstrating the spirit of readiness for the goal of serving the people.
At the headquarters of the new communes, civil servants are fully present and carry out work according to their assignments.

The "one-stop" department operates stably, ensuring smooth settlement of procedures for people. Communes quickly review records, improve the apparatus, and clearly assign tasks.
People coming to do business in the new administrative apparatus are all very enthusiastic, excited and supportive of the merger, and at the same time hope that the new government will serve effectively and closer to the people.
Ms. Sung Chu (residing in San Lung Chin village, Ta Cu Ty commune) shared: "We are very excited because the new commune government has come into operation. The atmosphere in the commune is very bustling, my documents and problems are also resolved quickly and conveniently. Hopefully, the commune government will operate effectively, creating favorable conditions for people every time they come to work.


According to the leader of Ta Cu Ty commune (Bac Ha district), on the first day of operation under the new model, everything went smoothly. When people come to work, they will be enthusiastically and thoughtfully guided by commune officials.
It is known that after the merger, the old Bac Ha district from 19 commune and town-level administrative units merged into 6 new commune-level administrative units, including Bac Ha, Coc Lau, Bao Nhai, Ban Lien, Ta Cu Ty, Lung Phinh.
The first day of trial work is an important first step for communes to stabilize organization, operate effectively and improve the quality of service to the people.
The trial operation period is from June 17 to June 30.
