On March 31, at the Department of Science and Technology of Can Tho, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc He - Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee - chaired a conference to announce the Decision of the Chairman of the City People's Committee on personnel work.
At the conference, representatives of the Department of Home Affairs announced the Decision of the Chairman of the City People's Committee on early retirement for Mr. Truong Hoang Phuong (born on September 27,66), Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology.
According to the Decision, Mr. Phuong will retire from April 1, 2025 to enjoy social insurance benefits according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 and Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP dated March 15, 2025 of the Government.
Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of Can Tho City People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated Mr. Phuong's sense of responsibility, dedication and contributions during his work; expressed his hope that after retirement, Mr. Phuong will pay attention, monitor and make meaningful contributions to the development of the science and technology industry, participate in building an increasingly rich and civilized locality.
