On August 7, Party Central Committee member, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha and the Government working delegation inspected the implementation of the two-level government model in Phu Tuc commune and surveyed the social housing project in Son Dong ward.
At the meeting, the leaders of Phu Tuc commune reported a preliminary report on the operation situation after more than 1 month of implementing the two-level local government model.

Accordingly, people mainly come to carry out administrative procedures related to medicine, certification, business registration, land, environment, etc. Currently, there are more than 270 documents related to the investment sector waiting to be resolved due to a lack of professional staff.
At the inspection, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha requested the People's Committee of Phu Tuc commune to urgently compile statistics and clearly report the favorable contents, difficulties and problems for the Provincial People's Committee to synthesize and report at the working session with the Government Office held on the morning of August 8.

The Deputy Prime Minister also requested the locality to review the current status of facilities after the merger of administrative units, assess the actual level of use to have a suitable arrangement plan to avoid wasting public assets.
On the same day, the working group came to survey the Social Housing Project in Son Dong Residential Area (Son Dong Ward). Here, the delegation kindly visited and listened to the sharing of households living in the apartment building about living conditions, security, and infrastructure, thereby grasping more practical information to serve the management of social housing policies in the coming time.
The project has an area of 3.98 hectares, of which 5,174 m2 is for the construction of social housing, invested by Phuong Nam Transport Construction Exploitation Joint Stock Company. The total capital is more than 694 billion VND, social housing alone is about 233 billion VND, including 2 apartments: CC1 (12 floors, 95 apartments) has been completed, with 46 households living; CC2 (12 floors, 145 apartments) is under construction of the foundation. There are currently 73 cases eligible to buy houses in CC1.
