On July 15, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister Le Tien Chau and the Government working delegation inspected the progress of the project to build an inter-level boarding school for border communes in Hue City.
According to the investor, boarding school projects are being accelerated in construction progress. To date, A Luoi 3 School has reached about 82% of the volume, A Luoi 4 School has reached 72%. Construction units are mobilizing maximum manpower and vehicles, organizing many construction teams to complete the project and put it into use in the 2026 - 2027 school year.
After actual inspection and listening to reports, Deputy Prime Minister Le Tien Chau acknowledged and highly appreciated the proactiveness of Hue City, the investor and the construction units in project implementation. The Deputy Prime Minister assessed that Hue is one of the localities that effectively implements the policy of building schools for border communes.
The Deputy Prime Minister requested Hue City People's Committee, the investor and contractors to continue to focus resources, take advantage of favorable weather to accelerate progress, while ensuring project quality, labor safety and investment efficiency.
In addition to completing facilities, the Deputy Prime Minister requested the city to proactively develop enrollment plans, arrange a team of management officials, teachers, and staff; and at the same time organize training on management and operation of the inter-level boarding school model so that schools can promote efficiency right from the first school year.
According to the Deputy Prime Minister, the projects are of great significance in improving the quality of education, improving the learning conditions of students in border areas, contributing to socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, and improving people's lives.
On the same day, the Deputy Prime Minister's working delegation visited and presented gifts to policy families and Heroes of the People's Armed Forces in Hue City.
