Military Region 4 has just organized the announcement and awarding of the Military Region's decision on the transfer and appointment of Commanders of the commune-level Military Command in 4 provinces: Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Tri and Hue city.
Information from the Government Electronic Information Portal on January 18 said that, implementing the policy of bringing regular Army officers to assume the title of Commander of the Military Command at commune, ward, and special zone levels, authorized by the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Military Region Command, a number of agencies and units in Military Region 4 have just announced and awarded decisions of the Military Region on the transfer and appointment of Commanders of the Military Command of communes, wards, and special zones in 4 provinces of Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Tri and Hue city.
This is a team of officers who are basically trained, have solid political bravery, professional qualifications, practical experience, and meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
On this occasion, a total of 483 military officers were transferred and appointed by Military Region 4 to hold the position of Commander of the Military Command of communes, wards, and special zones.
The reorganization and bringing regular military officers to communes is a major policy, an event of extremely important political and military significance, clearly showing the determination of the Party, State, Central Military Commission and Ministry of National Defense in building a truly strong, unified local military organization, operating effectively and efficiently, suitable for the 2-level local government organization model.
