Advising local Party committees and authorities to implement measures to ensure the safety of people, vehicles, and property of the State and the people.
The report also said that the Army mobilized 12,173 officers and soldiers (CBCS) with 724 vehicles of all kinds to participate in overcoming the consequences of storm No. 11.
In which: Military Region 3 (on October 6 and 7), mobilized: 7,806 officers and soldiers (Army: 3,430, militia and self-defense forces (DQTV): 4,205)/637 vehicles (car: 255, boat: 95, boat: 262); Border Guard mobilized: 177 officers and soldiers/25 officers of all kinds to help localities evacuate people in flooded and landslide areas to safe places: 3,674 households/3,829 people (Quang Ninh: 456 households/1,272 people; Hai Phong city: 742 households/2,557 people, Bac Ninh: 2,285 households; Thai Nguyen: 176 households; Lang Son: 15 households); Helping people stay away from houses, boats, and cut trees; mobilizing households at high risk of flooding in areas affected by storm B.
Military Region 1 mobilizes: 3,567 officers and soldiers (Body: 1,447, DQTV: 2,080)/87 vehicles (car: 43, specialized vehicles: 16, boats: 28) to help evacuate people from flooded and dangerous areas and overcome the consequences of storm No. 11 and post-storm circulation in Thai Nguyen and Lang Son provinces.
Army Corps 12 mobilized 800 officers and soldiers/38 cars of all kinds to help people overcome the consequences (overflowed 1.5 Km of the dike in Soc Son commune/Hanoi city; evacuated 120 households/520 people and property from flooded areas in Trung Thanh, Bach Quang, Song Cong/Thai Nguyen wards; harvested 3.5 hectares of rice in Lang Giang/Bac Ninh commune).
