At the conference, the Organizing Committee of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee announced the decisions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on ending the activities of a number of organizations including: the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies, the Party Committee of the Provincial Enterprises, the Party delegations and the Provincial Party Executive Committee. The decisions take effect from February 13, 2025.
Based on the arrangement, Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee decided to merge the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee into the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, and assigned Mr. Truong An Ninh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Secretary of Ba Don Town Party Committee as Head of the Committee.
Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee also announced the decision to establish the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies. The Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee appointed Mr. Tran Hai Chau - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Quang Binh Provincial Party agencies.
In addition, the Provincial Party Committee also decided to establish the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, and appointed Mr. Tran Phong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Binh province to hold the position of Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee.
At the Conference, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee also announced the early retirement of Mr. Cao Van Dinh - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and Mr. Le Minh Tuyen - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.
Speaking at the conference, Quang Binh Provincial Party Secretary Le Ngoc Quang emphasized the role of the newly established units in improving management and operation efficiency, meeting the development requirements of the province. He asked the cadres in their new positions to continue to promote their capacity and strengths, unite with the collective, and successfully complete the assigned tasks.
The reorganization and consolidation of the Party organization this time is part of the policy of streamlining the apparatus, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the province's political system, aiming to serve the people and develop a sustainable socio-economy.
