On the morning of February 7, Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision to establish the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies and the Party Committee of the provincial People's Committee.
Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee has approved a decision to end the activities of the Party Executive Committee, Party Delegation (including 11 Party organizations), Party Committee of Provincial Agencies; establish 2 new Party Committees under the Provincial Party Committee, which are the Provincial Party Agencies Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee.
Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee appointed the Party Executive Committee of the provincial Party agencies for the 2020-2025 term, consisting of 22 members, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee consisting of 9 members; Mr. Nguyen Duc Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies for the 2020-2025 term, Mr. Le Tri Thanh and Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha as Deputy Secretaries.
For the Executive Committee of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, 21 people were appointed, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee consists of 6 people; Mr. Le Van Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, Mr. Phan Thai Binh and Nguyen Xuan Duc as Deputy Secretaries.
Speaking at the assignment, Secretary of Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee Luong Nguyen Minh Triet highly appreciated the role of the two newly established Party Committees, emphasizing the importance of participating in leading and directly advising on the socio-economic development of the province.
This is a new model, the workload will be larger and the requirements will be higher, therefore, the Provincial Party Secretary requested the Standing Committees of the 2 Party Committees to soon complete the apparatus, stabilize work, and organize activities after February 15.
