On August 27, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Giang - Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province signed decisions on early retirement for 8 deputy directors of departments including: Department of Finance, Department of Education and Training, Department of Industry and Trade.
At the Department of Finance, 4 deputy directors including Mr. Ngo Van Dung (born in 1967), Mr. Huynh Muoi (born in 1968), Mr. Le Van Trung (born in 1969), and Ms. U Thi Thanh (born in 1972) were given early retirement.
The Department of Education and Training has two deputy directors who retired early, Ms. Dinh Thi Lan (born in 1974), and Mr. Tran Sy (born in 1966).
At the Department of Industry and Trade, Ms. Huynh Thi Tuyet Nga (born in 1973), and Mr. Nguyen Duc Huy (born in 1969) also received early retirement decisions.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province also signed a decision to retire early for Ms. Huynh Thi Phuong Hoa (born in 1972), Deputy Chief of Office of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province.
According to the decision, all of the above officials will officially retire from September 1, 2025, and will enjoy the policies according to current regulations.
From July 1 to now, Quang Ngai province has approved 1,242 cases of leave under the regime according to Decree 178 and Decree 67 of the Government.
In addition, 1,350 part-time workers at the commune level have also been decided to take leave to enjoy the regime according to Decree 154/2020 of the Government.
The early retirement is being implemented by Quang Ngai province according to the policy of streamlining the payroll, restructuring the team of cadres, civil servants, and public employees, towards a streamlined and efficient apparatus.
In addition to the support policy under the decrees, cadres who retire early are also given the opportunity to complete procedures quickly to ensure their rights.
