National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, Chairman of the National Election Council, signed and issued Resolution No. 9/NQ-HDBCQG on the establishment of the Human Resources Subcommittee.
According to the resolution, the Personnel Subcommittee includes Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh, member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly, Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the National Election Council, Head of the Subcommittee.
Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hai, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Chairman of the Delegation Work Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, Member of the National Election Council, Deputy Head of the Standing Subcommittee.
Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Tra, member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Home Affairs, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee, Member of the National Election Council, Deputy Head of the Subcommittee.
In addition, the Personnel Subcommittee has 6 additional members.
The task and authority of the Human Resources Subcommittee is to assist the National Election Council in personnel work, candidate records; plan the structure, composition, introduction and allocation of candidates for National Assembly deputies at the Central level to localities;
Make an official list of candidates for National Assembly deputies, list of voting units; confirm and announce election results; review the status of National Assembly deputies.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Chairman of the National Election Council.
The Resolution also clearly states that members of the Subcommittee are allowed to use staff at their agencies to assist.
The subcommittee develops the Regulations on the operation of the Subcommittee; uses the seal of the National Election Council. The operating budget of the Subcommittee is included in the operating budget of the National Election Council.
The subcommittee ends its activities when the National Election Council ends its activities.
