To celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2026) and celebrate the success of the 14th National Congress of the Party, on January 3, 2026, in Hanoi, the National Political Publishing House of Truth in coordination with the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee organized the Book Introduction Ceremony "Proud of the Vietnamese Constitution".
Speaking at the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vu Trong Lam, Director - Editor-in-Chief of the National Political Publishing House Truth, said that with nearly 600 large-format pages, presented solemnly, published bilingually Vietnamese - English, collecting and selecting more than 200 precious documentary photos, the book has recreated the 80-year journey of the country's development, from the moment President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence, the birth of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, opening an era of independence, freedom, and the working people mastering the country to the journey of building, developing and deep international integration of Vietnam today.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vu Trong Lam emphasized that immediately after the 14th National Party Congress, General Secretary To Lam had an important article "Go forward! Complete victory will surely be ours!". That is the call for the entire Party, people and army to turn determination into action, discipline in implementation to develop the country quickly, sustainably, strongly, and realize the goal of a rich people, a strong country, democracy, fairness, and civilization.
The General Secretary emphasized the steadfast and indomitable spirit of the Vietnamese nation through historical periods and the determination of the entire Party, people, and army to implement the Resolution of the XIV Congress: "not backing down, not flinching, only moving forward, moving forward non-stop"; "Success, definitely success!".
To contribute to the implementation of the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress, the National Political Publishing House Truth launched the book "Proud of the Vietnamese Constitution" to introduce to readers a panoramic and vivid picture of a powerfully developed Vietnam with great and historically significant achievements over 80 years of establishment, especially the achievements over 40 years of renovation. The book includes 17 articles, comprehensively covering the fields of economy, culture, society, Party building and the political system.
