Many outstanding results
On March 30, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Council, term X, 2021-2026, held a conference to summarize the work of the Provincial People's Council for the term 2021-2026.
From the beginning of the term to now, the organization of meetings has been focused on, ensuring compliance with regulations, and the content of preparation is increasingly tight.

During the term, the Provincial People's Council has organized dozens of meetings and issued hundreds of resolutions. Among them, there are many important resolutions, creating mechanisms and policies to promote socio-economic development and ensure national defense and security in the area.
Monitoring activities continue to be strengthened, focusing on key areas such as land, environment, health, education, and new rural construction.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Council Boards have organized many thematic supervisions and field surveys. Through this, they promptly detected shortcomings and inadequacies, and proposed to relevant agencies to handle them.
The work of contacting voters, receiving citizens, receiving and processing petitions is carried out seriously.
In addition, the application of information technology in the operation of the Provincial People's Council is promoted, contributing to improving the efficiency of management and handling of work.
Despite achieving many results, the activities of the Provincial People's Council still have some limitations. The supervision and survey work of some delegation groups is not regular; the development and organization of program and plan implementation is sometimes not timely.
According to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, some delegation groups have not maintained a good living regime, especially during the time between the two sessions. The operating skills of a part of the delegates are still limited.
The quality of some reports serving supervision has not met the requirements; the implementation and compliance of subjects subject to supervision are sometimes not timely.
The work of building and promulgating mechanisms and policies to implement laws and decrees at times is still slow; the preparation of meeting documents sometimes does not ensure progress, affecting the quality of appraisal and criticism.
Improve operational quality
Based on the assessment of results and shortcomings, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Council proposed many solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of operations in the next term.
In which, promoting the role of the Provincial People's Council Committees in appraisal work, improving criticism, proactively participating early in the policy and resolution development process. Thereby, consolidating the quality of operations, creating satisfaction for people and businesses.
Consolidating the organization and improving the operational capacity of People's Councils at all levels, especially at the commune level after arrangement, is also identified as an important task in the coming time.

Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee emphasized that in the 2021-2026 term, the Provincial People's Council has had many innovations, promoting the role of the State power agency in the locality, making important contributions to socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security.
The Provincial Party Secretary proposed that the next term continue to improve the quality of delegates, strengthen supervision, be close to the people, and take the actual effectiveness and satisfaction of the people as a measure. Thereby, contributing to building Dak Lak to develop quickly and sustainably.
