Tam Duong District Party Secretary Nguyen Thanh Tung said that the meeting of the District People's Council took place at a time when Party committees and authorities at all levels in the district were focusing on leading and directing the completion of targets and tasks set out in the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term. At the same time, they were actively leading and directing the preparation of conditions for the successful organization of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term. The district is consolidating and perfecting the staff from the district to the grassroots level to serve the Party Congresses at all levels to be held in 2025.
Based on the implementation of the resolution of the Standing Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Dang Cong Hoa, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training, was assigned to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Tam Duong District Party Committee and was approved by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to be introduced to the District People's Council to elect him as Chairman of the District People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.
At the meeting, the District People's Council approved the Proposal on introducing personnel for the District People's Council to elect the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Tam Duong district for the 2021-2026 term; conducted the election of the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Tam Duong district for the 2021-2026 term and passed the Resolution confirming the election results of the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Tam Duong district for the 2021-2026 term for comrade Dang Cong Hoa, Deputy Secretary of the Tam Duong District Party Committee.
It is known that Mr. Tran Quang Ngoc was elected to the additional position of Chairman of Tam Duong District People's Committee at the 10th Session on June 13, 2023.
On June 21, 2024, the Standing Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee agreed to let Mr. Tran Quang Ngoc stop participating in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, stop holding the position of Deputy Secretary, Chairman of Tam Duong District People's Committee to transfer and assign him to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Center for Investment Promotion and Enterprise Support of Vinh Phuc province.
