At the admission session, delegates listened to a statement of reasons, introduce delegates, approve the official working program of the congress and elect the Presidium, the Secretariat and the Delegation of Delegation status Inspection. The delegates also divided the discussion groups and contributed opinions to the draft documents of the 14th National Congress of the Party and the documents of the 1st Tay Ninh Provincial Party Congress. These opinions will be compiled to complete before being submitted at the official session.

The 1st Congress of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, took place from October 8 to 10 with the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", focusing on summarizing the term 2020-2025, determining the direction, goals and development solutions in the period 2025 - 2030, contributing to building Tay Ninh into a province with dynamic, civilized and sustainable development.
