On the morning of December 9, at the 23rd session of the 14th Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Council, Mr. Trinh Viet Hung - Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee said that the locality is determined to complete the summary of the implementation of Resolution 18-NQ/TW on the plan to arrange and consolidate the organization and apparatus of the political system in the first quarter of 2025.
According to the Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, to effectively carry out this political task, Party committees and organizations at all levels, especially leaders, must have high political determination, make great efforts, and be resolute in leadership, direction, and organization.
Implementing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, up to now, Thai Nguyen province has reduced 6 commune-level administrative units. After the reorganization, this locality has 9 district-level administrative units, including 6 districts and 3 cities, 172 commune-level administrative units, including 121 communes, 41 wards and 10 towns.
