On July 4, in Hanoi, Central Party Committee member and Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh worked with the National Assembly Office on the direction and tasks for the last 6 months of 2025.
Summarizing the implementation of tasks in the first 6 months of 2025, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Office Pham Dinh Toan said that the National Assembly Office has advised on successfully organizing the 9th Extraordinary Session and the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly.
The program and content of the Session are scientifically developed, reasonable, time-saving but still ensure full content in accordance with regulations.
In particular, the National Assembly App 2.0 application has been deployed with an integrated AI virtual assistant, supporting delegates to look up information quickly and accurately. Information and propaganda work has been deployed synchronously.
Regarding digital transformation, the Office of the National Assembly has submitted to the National Assembly Standing Committee to issue a Resolution approving the National Assembly's Digital Transformation Project for the period 2026-2030.
Basically, the draft documents of the National Assembly Architecture Digital Development Index 1.0; software have been completed, and full data has been updated for the National Assembly App 2.0 system.
Organize an inspection of network security and information security for the System to ensure the effectiveness and safety of the activities of the National Assembly.
Initially, testing the use of a virtual assistant (AI) to support delegates in reviewing the overlap, contradiction, and inconsistency of legal documents and summarizing documents.
A number of software have been surveyed and developed to support the work of petition and supervision, and software to support the work of delegates.
Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh acknowledged and highly appreciated the achievements of the National Assembly Office in performing its tasks in the first 6 months of 2025.
The Vice Chairman of the National Assembly requested the National Assembly Office to continue to overcome difficulties and quickly handle practical issues; for arising issues, it is necessary to immediately report to competent authorities for decision.
Regarding the summary of the 9th Session, the Vice Chairman of the National Assembly requested the National Assembly Office to issue a document requesting relevant agencies to report on the summary of the session, in which, it is necessary to clarify the issues that need to be drawn from experience from relevant agencies, in order to complete the summary report of the Session to submit to the National Assembly Standing Committee.
Along with that, advise and serve the organization of the 10th Session of the National Assembly. The Vice Chairman of the National Assembly also suggested that the National Assembly Office should actively deploy preparations right now.
In July, the National Assembly Office needs to urgently prepare the contents of the 47th Session of the National Assembly Standing Committee; advise, urge, and provide more specific instructions to agencies preparing reports summarizing the term.
The Vice Chairman of the National Assembly also noted that this term is very special, therefore, the summary report of the term needs to reflect the characteristics and situation of the term. Thereby, looking back at the implementation results to draw lessons for the next stage.
The Vice Chairman of the National Assembly also suggested that the National Assembly Office continue to fulfill the assigned tasks in the Project to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the first General Election to elect the National Assembly of Vietnam; continue to promote digital transformation and the "digital education movement".
