On the morning of November 13, the 36th session of the 18th Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Council was held by the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council to review, discuss and decide on a number of important contents.
At the meeting, Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee presented the report; the Provincial People's Councils reported the results of the review on the following contents: Adjusting the medium-term public investment plan of state budget capital for the period 2021-2025 (phase 10).
Adjust the 2025 public investment plan, investment capital in the local budget balance managed by the province (phase 3); adjust the 2025 public investment plan managed by the province from increased revenue and savings in provincial budget expenditures (phase 3).
Amend Clause 1, Article 1 of Resolution No. 588/NQ-HDND dated October 15, 2024 on the percentage of land rental prices, underground construction land and land with water surface; amend and supplement a number of articles of Resolution No. 596/NQ-HDND dated December 14, 2024 on prices for medical examination and treatment services under the management of the province.
The meeting agreed to remove Mr. Tran Quoc Huy (former Director of the Department of Home Affairs) and Mr. Nguyen Trong Trang (former Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office) from their positions as members of the Provincial People's Committee due to transfer to other jobs.
Next, the Provincial People's Council elected additional members of the Provincial People's Committee for Mr. Le Trong Thu - Director of the Department of Finance; Le Van Tien - Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; Nguyen The Anh - Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office.
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hoai Anh and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Le Tien Lam presented flowers to congratulate the members of the Provincial People's Committee who have just been elected.
In his closing speech, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Le Tien Lam affirmed that the session had completed the entire program with a spirit of solidarity, democracy and responsibility; the Provincial People's Council had passed 7 important resolutions as a legal basis to implement the socio-economic development tasks in the coming time.
The Provincial People's Council proposed that the Provincial People's Committee focus on directing departments, branches and localities to proactively arrange resources and organize timely and appropriate implementation; at the same time, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the People's Council Committees, the Delegation Group and the People's Council delegates strengthen supervision, ensuring the resolution is seriously and effectively implemented.
