Based on the concretization of the Party's guidelines and policies on women's work, the Congress will propose major orientations for the Association and the women's movement, for the goal of comprehensive development of Vietnamese women in the new era - the era of self-reliance, creativity and integration.
For the 2020 - 2025 term, the Central Party Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union always closely follows and strictly implements the policies and directions of the Party Central Committee, the Party Committees of the Central Agencies and the Party Committees of the Fatherland Front, and central organizations to concretize and organize implementation to ensure requirements; flexible and effective in implementing the policies and resolutions of the Central Committee and the Party Committee of the Bloc, concretizing them into specific policies and tasks to suit the requirements and situations of the Party Committee. The Central Party Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union is always highly appreciated and classified by the superior Party Committee as having completed their tasks well or better; the rate of Party members who have completed their tasks excellently always reaches 20% in accordance with regulations. From 2020-2024, the Party Committee has 06 Party members awarded the Certificate of Merit by the Party Committee of the Central Agencies Bloc for " Party members who have excellently completed their tasks for 05 consecutive years".
At the Congress, delegates discussed strengthening political and ideological education for current cadres, party members, and women's union members; promoting the effectiveness of implementing the emulation movement of party members "Two Goods", "four Goods" Party cells associated with the leadership in performing the political tasks of the unit; strengthening the leadership role of the Party Committee of the Central Office of the Vietnam Women's Union in implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in developing science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation...
