According to the decision, Mr. Le Ngoc Hop - Provincial Party Committee member, Acting Director of Thanh Hoa Provincial Department of Home Affairs - was appointed to hold the position of Director of Thanh Hoa Provincial Department of Home Affairs. The term of appointment is 5 years.
Mr. Le Ngoc Hop (born 1979, from Thanh Hoa) used to hold positions such as: Deputy Chief of Office of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Council; Secretary of Nga Son Party Committee (old administrative unit).
After the two-level government model went into operation, Mr. Le Ngoc Hop held the position of Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Nga Son commune. In early October 2025, Mr. Hop was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Director of Thanh Hoa Provincial Department of Home Affairs, then was assigned to hold the position of Acting Director of Thanh Hoa Provincial Department of Home Affairs.
