Major General To Anh Dung, Director of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police chaired the ceremony. Also attending were representatives of the leaders of the Organizing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; the People's Court, and the Provincial People's Procuracy.
At the ceremony, authorized by the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Major General To Anh Dung, Director of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police, presented the decision approving the election results for the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Police Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term to Colonel Tran Thai Quang Hoang, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police.
Along with that, the decision approving the election results of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Police Committee for the 2025-2030 term for Lieutenant Colonel Kim Duy Cuong, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police; presented the decision of the Minister of Public Security on the appointment of the position of Head of the Provincial Police Investigation Agency to Colonel Nguyen Anh Tuan, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police and the position of Head of the Criminal Enforcement Agency, Head of the Provincial Police Detention and Temporary Imprisonment Management Agency to Lieutenant Colonel Kim Duy Cuong, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police.
Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Major General To Anh Dung, Director of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police, congratulated and highly appreciated the achievements and results that the Deputy Directors of the Provincial Police have achieved in the past time. The Director of the Provincial Police affirmed that this is the trust and special attention of the Central Party Committee of the Public Security, the Minister of Public Security and the Standing Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee for the contributions and dedication of the three Deputy Directors in the cause of protecting national security, ensuring social order and safety and building the People's Public Security force, serving the socio-economic development of the province.
In their new positions, the Director of the Provincial Police Department requested the Deputy Directors to continue promoting the achieved results, maintaining the tradition of solidarity and unity, focusing on leadership and direction to resolutely and effectively implement the assigned work aspects, contributing to building a truly clean and strong Thanh Hoa Police force.
On behalf of the Deputy Directors assigned to the new tasks, Colonel Tran Thai Quang Hoang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police, promised that in his new position, he would always uphold the role and responsibility of the leader; dare to think, dare to speak, dare to do, dare to take responsibility; constantly cultivate and practice revolutionary ethics, strive to overcome difficulties, and excellently complete assigned tasks.
