Accordingly, at the conference, delegates focused on speaking and giving opinions on important contents, including: Draft Decree on Regulations on equivalent titles; positions and titles with the highest military ranks are Lieutenant General, Vice Admiral of the Navy, Major General, Rear Admiral of the Navy of officers of the Vietnam People's Army (VPA);
Report on the results of self-criticism and criticism in 2024 of the Central Military Commission Standing Committee and the Minister of National Defense;
Approving the report on the results of emulation and reward work in 2024; Reviewing and approving the report on the results of implementation of all aspects of work according to the Leadership Regulations of the Central Military Commission;
Through the report of the Central Military Commission Standing Committee on the results of handling a number of work contents from July 2024 to December 2024...
Speaking at the conference, General Phan Van Giang - Politburo member, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense - commended the relevant agencies for preparing the report content fully and thoughtfully and acknowledged and highly appreciated the dedicated and responsible opinions of the delegates attending the conference.
General Phan Van Giang assigned the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army to receive the Central Military Commission's opinions on the draft Decree on Regulations on equivalent positions and titles; positions and titles with the highest military ranks are Lieutenant General, Vice Admiral of the Navy, Major General, Rear Admiral of the Navy of officers of the Vietnam People's Army.
Regarding the report on the results of the 2024 self-criticism and criticism review of the Central Military Commission Standing Committee and the Minister of National Defense, based on the proposal of the Central Military Commission Standing Committee at the Central Military Commission Standing Committee meeting on December 9-10, the delegates attending the conference recorded their evaluation and classification of the Central Military Commission Standing Committee, members of the Central Military Commission Standing Committee in the Army, and members of the Central Military Commission who are Deputy Ministers of National Defense.
Accordingly, the conference assessed that the Central Military Commission Standing Committee had excellently fulfilled its tasks; Central Military Commission Standing Committee members in the Army had well and excellently fulfilled their tasks in 2024; and the Army Party Committee had excellently fulfilled its tasks in 2024.
Regarding the report on the results of emulation and reward work in 2024; the report on the results of implementation of various aspects of work and the report of the Central Military Commission Standing Committee on the results of handling a number of work contents from July 2024 to December 2024, the Central Military Commission agreed with the content of the reports; assigned the competent agencies to receive and coordinate to complete the reports according to regulations.
Regarding the tasks from now until the end of the first quarter of 2025, General Phan Van Giang requested members of the Central Military Commission to thoroughly grasp, resolutely lead, direct and implement, complete comprehensively and qualitatively, creating a foundation for the entire army to successfully and excellently complete the tasks in 2025.
