The General Secretary said that on the afternoon of January 23, the 14th Party Congress ended, and the Politburo immediately issued Resolution 01 on propaganda and implementation of the Party Congress Resolution. The goals and action plans attached to the Resolution are also new points this time.

The General Secretary clearly stated that the new point this time is that besides the Document, the Central Executive Committee also proposed the Party's action program to implement the Resolution of the 14th National Congress.

Fourth, focus on removing bottlenecks and unlocking resources. This content has been implemented by the 13th Congress term, has a lot of experience and will continue to be done in the new term.
Fifth, design a mechanism for inspection, supervision, term evaluation and strictly handle cases of intentionally delaying, avoiding, and shirking responsibility in organizing implementation.
