The Politburo and the Secretariat's inspection team chaired a conference to approve the draft report on the inspection results for Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Ba Ria - Vung Tau.

On March 20, in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh - Head of the Central Inspection Team of the Politburo and the Secretariat - chaired a conference to approve the draft report on the results of the inspection in 2025 for the Standing Committees of the City Party Committee and Provincial Party Committees of the localities: Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Ba Ria - Vung Tau.

According to the Government Portal, in his concluding remarks, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh stated that the inspection aims to grasp the situation, inspect, urge and guide a number of key topics of the Politburo and the Secretariat in 2025.

Thereby removing difficulties and obstacles, discovering and replicating good models, good practices, advanced models, pointing out things that cannot be done to do better.

The inspection team will absorb opinions to complete the report, especially on difficulties, problems, proposals, recommendations, good models, and effective practices to report to the Politburo.

The city also urgently issued programs and action plans to implement Conclusion 123, striving to achieve double-digit economic growth, higher than the assigned target (8.5%). At the same time, he is very active and makes efforts to handle backlogged projects that have lasted for many years.

Noting some additional contents, the Prime Minister suggested that Ho Chi Minh City develop a growth scenario for the quarters; promote public investment more strongly; continue to handle backlog projects; further promote the construction and development of social housing.

For Ba Ria - Vung Tau, the Prime Minister noted to allocate the state budget from 3-5% for science and technology to implement Resolution 57; have a growth scenario for each quarter; review backlog projects to propose solutions...

For Binh Duong, the Prime Minister noted that with a large number of workers and laborers, Binh Duong needs to focus on developing social housing, ensuring equal access to housing for people; pioneering in solving problems related to health, care, protection, and improving people's health.

The Prime Minister noted that for all three localities, high growth must be sustainable, on the basis of maintaining macroeconomic stability, renewing traditional growth drivers, such as investment, export, consumption and promoting new growth drivers and emerging industries.

At the same time, prepare well for the work of arranging administrative boundaries, do a good job of ideological work on arranging and streamlining the apparatus, and abolishing district level.

Graduating the spirit of this organizational revolution is to create new development space, promote digitalization, implement a comprehensive digital citizen, simplify, cut administrative procedures, and reduce intermediaries.
