The information system has been built and operated to concretize the goals and contents of building e-Government, contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of state management and ensuring the right to participate in state management of people and businesses in the current period.
The system is built to create an official, transparent and convenient information channel for individuals and organizations to reflect inadequacies, overlaps, conflicts or inconsistencies in current legal documents.
At the same time, the system also supports authorities in receiving, classifying, processing and responding to feedback and recommendations quickly, promptly and in accordance with regulations.
Accordingly, people and businesses can use the application of Reflect and recommend on legal documents on mobile phones or access the link https://paknvbqppl.moj.gov.vn on their computers, create an account to send feedback and recommendations on legal documents.
The information system is integrated with the National Population Database (VNeID) to ensure user authenticity, improve the quality of opinions and connect with the National Database on Laws to quickly extract regulations in specific documents.
After receiving the feedback, the Information System will automatically classify and forward it to relevant ministries, branches and localities for review, handling and feedback on the handling results. The process of receiving and processing recommendations will be monitored, supervised, and evaluated by the person who sent the feedback and recommendations, relevant agencies and handling results will be made publicly attached to each document on the System.
