On July 1, according to the Ministry of Public Security's Electronic Information Portal, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Long - Deputy Minister of Public Security, Permanent Deputy Head of the Government's Project 06 Implementation Working Group inspected and evaluated the work of ensuring public services to serve the implementation of the two-level local government model in Quang Oai commune, Hanoi city and Dao Xa commune, Phu Tho province.


Through the survey, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Long acknowledged the efforts of the commune in preparing facilities, people, and resources to operate the overall information systems shared to serve the direction and operation of local governments at both levels.
Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Long requested functional units under the Ministry, Hanoi City Police and Phu Tho Provincial Police to coordinate with relevant departments and branches to organize system inspections, ensure security and safety, avoid information leakage at the Public Administration Service Center; quickly provide and change USB token information and digital signatures for all local personnel.


In addition, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Long noted that localities need to focus on propaganda work, instructing people to know and use public services; mobilize Youth Union, student teams and police forces to establish working groups, deploy at the commune level to support and help people carry out administrative procedures from the first days of the operation of the two-level local government.
Speaking at the working sessions, representatives of the leaders of the two communes said that they will immediately implement the contents discussed by the Deputy Minister of Public Security, and will continue to prepare well the conditions to improve the quality of the operation of the administrative procedure settlement system and the 2-level public service system, ensuring unity, smoothness, continuity and safety, best serving the needs of people and businesses.
