At the same time, submit to the Politburo to issue and resolutely implement historic decisions in key areas.
The socio-economic situation continues to achieve many positive and important, comprehensive results, notably high economic growth, stable macro economy, controlled inflation, and major balances. Production and business, growth drivers continue to be promoted and renewed, maintaining positive growth momentum.
The PMI in September reached 50.4 points, with new orders increasing again. The implementation of 3 strategic breakthroughs, the "pillar" resolutions of the Politburo and promoting new growth momentum have achieved many clear results.
The health and education sectors focus on implementing the Politburo's resolutions, the Government's action programs and developing national target programs on breakthroughs in the development of education and training, and health care for people.
Piloting the construction of 100 boarding schools in border communes, policies to exempt tuition fees, and support lunch for students.
After listening to reports and opinions, the Prime Minister further analyzed the work of directing, operating, and responding to policies in September, the third quarter and the first 9 months; outstanding results in socio-economics, difficulties, limitations, and inadequacies.
At the same time, analyze the causes, lessons learned; forecast the situation in the coming time; key tasks and solutions, breakthroughs in October and the fourth quarter in all fields.
The Prime Minister noted and emphasized the upcoming very specific tasks and solutions on continuing to prioritize macroeconomic stability, promoting growth, controlling inflation, controlling risks; focusing on exploiting the space for expansionary fiscal policies with focus and key points; removing obstacles, operating local governments at both levels smoothly and effectively.
Continue to improve institutions, focus on preparing well for the upcoming Central Conference and National Assembly session; continue to promote breakthroughs in the development of science and technology, innovation and digital transformation;
Well organize the Autumn Fair at the Vietnam Exhibition Center; remove the IUU yellow card; deploy strategic infrastructure projects, promote railway projects, develop social housing; and further promote the tourism sector.
Focus on disbursing public investment to 100%; urgently overcome the consequences and continue to do a good job of natural disaster response, which is forecast to continue to develop complicatedly; further promote the patriotic emulation movement.
