Prime Minister directs handling of nearly 3,000 backlogged and prolonged projects, SCB Bank

The Prime Minister requested to focus on handling nearly 3,000 backlogged and prolonged projects of SCB Bank; promoting railway and nuclear power projects.

According to the Government Electronic Information Portal, on October 25, at the Government headquarters, Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired a Government meeting on implementing key tasks until the end of 2025.

This is the first Government meeting after the completion of the new members (2 Deputy Prime Ministers, 3 Ministers).

Concluding the meeting, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh directed the Government Office and agencies to absorb opinions at the meeting to submit and issue appropriate management directive documents; continue to review work, programs, projects, and projects, determine priority order for implementation.

Assigning tasks to "6 clear": Clear people, clear work, clear time, clear responsibilities, clear authority, clear products; thereby the Government joins hands, unanimously implements and strengthens inspection and urging.

The Prime Minister emphasized a number of important tasks that need to be focused on: Preparing laws and resolutions to submit to the National Assembly, including resolutions, mechanisms, and specific policies to implement strategic resolutions and pillars of the Politburo; handling nearly 3,000 backlogged and prolonged projects of SCB Bank.

Promote railway and nuclear power projects; promote growth drivers, create momentum, create momentum for the following years; strive to disburse 100% of public investment plans, implement Autumn fairs, prepare to start construction, and inaugurate large-scale, key projects and works on December 19, 2025...
