On the morning of February 10, in Cam Thach commune, Thanh Hoa province, the groundbreaking ceremony of the Cam Thach Inter-level Primary School project took place. Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the ceremony.

Also attending were Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Duc Hai, Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Dinh Khang, representatives of leaders of the Ministry of National Defense, along with representatives of central ministries and sectors and leaders of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, on the occasion of Tet and Spring, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and leaders of the Central Government, ministries, and sectors presented hundreds of Tet gifts to poor households, policy families, students and workers in difficult circumstances in Cam Thach commune.

Previously, speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested Thanh Hoa province and the Ministry of National Defense to urgently complete the necessary procedures and deploy the construction of the Cam Thach Inter-level Primary School project with the fastest progress, ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations; not to let negativity or losses occur during the implementation process.

The Prime Minister also assigned units implementing the project to immediately start working immediately after the Lunar New Year, urgently deploy construction, and strive to complete the project before August 31, 2026 to be ready to serve the new school year.
