Also attending the ceremony were Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Duc Hai; Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Dinh Khang; representatives of leaders of the Ministry of National Defense; representatives of central ministries and sectors and leaders of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee.

The Cam Thach Inter-level School project is sponsored by the Ministry of National Defense, with the participation of the 12th Corps, the Military Industry - Telecommunications Group and the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank. The construction unit is the 12th Corps and Truong Son Construction Corporation.
According to the design, the project has a synchronous construction scale including the administration area, lecture hall area, teacher dormitory, multi-functional building, library and auxiliary items and technical infrastructure.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized that in recent years, Cam Thach Elementary School has had many positive changes, and learning conditions have gradually improved. However, after merging 4 communes, the scale of students has increased, but the school still faces many difficulties, especially the lack of facilities to serve students from afar.
The Prime Minister requested units to study and supplement housing items for boarding students, ensuring that the project is invested synchronously, meeting the requirements of teaching and learning in new conditions.


The Prime Minister also requested the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee and the Ministry of National Defense to urgently complete relevant procedures, organize construction on schedule, in accordance with procedures and regulations; and at the same time ensure the quality of the project, preventing negativity and losses in the implementation process.
The Head of Government assigned construction units, immediately after the Lunar New Year, to deploy the project urgently and drastically, striving to complete it before August 31, 2026 to promptly put the project into use to serve the new school year.
